The Community Foundation of West Georgia (CFWG) is proud to welcome four outstanding community leaders to its Board of Directors. Each brings a unique blend of professional expertise, civic involvement, and personal commitment to the West Georgia region.
Jenny Elliott is the president and co-owner of Caliber1Constructionand a lifelong resident of the West Georgia area. Originally from Bremen, Georgia, she is deeply rooted in her community and passionate about giving back. Jenny is an active member of the Bremen Education Foundation and serves on the finance committee at WestHills Church. She and her husband, Chris Elliott, have two children and are dedicated to faith, family, and service.
Alison Grooms is the founder and CEO of Jules & James Boutique and JAZ Cosmetics. Both businesses are based in Carrollton and have grown into a thriving e-commerce operation with one brick-and-mortar location in Carrollton and a second store opening in Newnan in July 2025. Alison has built her companies on values of kindness, generosity, and friendship. Her passion for giving is reflected through consistent support of community organizations, local schools, charities, and global missions — all for the glory of God.
Cliff Harris is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for RaLin & Associatesand the newly appointed pastor of Old Victory Church in Bowdon. He is also a veteran Army Aviator of the First Gulf War and serves on the Georgia FCA Wrestling Board of Directors. Cliff is one of the owners of Sportsplex Health and Athletic Club and has been a devoted member of Carrollton First Methodist Church for 30 years. He and his wife of 38 years, Amy, have three grown children and one granddaughter.
Dr. Thomas “Tee” Reeve III is a lifelong resident of Carrollton and a retired general surgeon who practiced at Tanner Health System from 1987 to 2021. He now serves as Medical Director for Tanner Medical Group and is a member of the Palliative Care Team. Dr. Reeve and his wife Dana have long been active in the community through organizations such as the Salvation Army, CASA, the University of West Georgia, and the Carrollton City Schools Foundation. They are members of Community First United Methodist Church and maintain a family fund at the Community Foundation.
