Planet Smoothie appears to have closed both of its Newnan locations, with signs pointing to a quiet shutdown of operations.
The location at 109 Newnan Crossing Bypass, next to Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse, was spotted with its lights off and doors closed as of yesterday. Additionally, mobile ordering has been disabled for both this location and the second Planet Smoothie store in the Coweta Crossing Shopping Center at 90 Glenda Trace, near Publix.
At this time, no official statement has been released regarding the closures, and no additional information is available.
