RaLin, a leading general contractor with more than 50 years of service across the Southeast, is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Dixon as its new Director of Marketing.
Emily brings more than two decades of experience in marketing leadership across the construction, building products, and agency industries. Most recently serving as Account Director at Miles Partnership in Atlanta, she led multimillion-dollar integrated marketing campaigns, combining strategy, digital innovation, and analytics to drive measurable growth for clients.
In her new role at RaLin, Emily will lead the company’s marketing team, overseeing brand strategy, digital initiatives, and communications that support the company’s mission and long-term growth.
Before joining RaLin, Emily served as President and CEO of Panelfold, Inc., a third-generation family-owned manufacturing company, where she upheld the organization’s long-standing commitment to craftsmanship and family-driven values. Her experience leading a legacy business aligns closely with RaLin’s own roots as a family-founded company built on relationships, trust, and community.
“Emily’s leadership experience and her commitment to both people and performance align perfectly with RaLin’s culture,” said Kristi Garrett, CMO and Principal of RaLin. “Her ability to blend data-driven strategy with authentic storytelling will strengthen our brand as we continue to grow as a company.”
Emily’s approach to marketing reflects RaLin’s values of Building up Clients, Colleagues, and Communities. She will focus on enhancing RaLin’s visibility, deepening client relationships, and sharing the stories behind the company’s projects and people.
“I’m excited to join RaLin and contribute to a company that places a strong emphasis on relationships and community,” said Dixon. “Having grown up in a family business, I deeply value organizations that lead with integrity and put people first. I look forward to sharing the stories that define RaLin and supporting both the company’s growth and the communities it serves.”Emily earned her B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude. She remains involved in the Atlanta community through volunteer work and leadership in local cultural and civic initiatives.
