Cafe Bloom is now open at 407 Main Street in downtown Villa Rica, offering a cozy new spot for locals to enjoy freshly made breakfast and lunch items. Located in the space that previously housed Hixtown Brewing Company, the café opened just before Christmas. The City Menus stopped by during the soft launch and had the chance to meet owner Heather and head chef Noah, both of whom are already making a great impression with their kindness and thoughtful approach.
The café serves a variety of pastries and desserts, including cinnamon rolls, cheese danishes, tiramisu, and croissants — both sweet and savory. The ham and cheese croissant is a standout at just $3.00, and the cheesecake topped with blackberry compote is already a customer favorite. Muffins are available in blueberry or raspberry, and babka comes in berry or hazelnut flavors.
Cafe Bloom also offers made-to-order omelets, served with spring salad. The egg and cheese version is $8.50, and a veggie option is available for $9.25. On the savory side, their sandwich menu includes everything from a simple egg salad on toast to The Italian, made with salami, mortadella, provolone, lettuce, and tomato dijon mayo on a French baguette. The Preston sandwich features tomato, prosciutto, and arugula tossed in honey balsamic on a sesame roll. There’s also a spring salad on the menu, made with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and white wine vinaigrette, for a lighter option.
The ribbon cutting is still in the works, but the doors are open, and word is spreading fast. Customers who’ve already stopped by during the soft opening have had nothing but good things to say — not just about the menu, but about the warm, welcoming vibe. It’s clear that Heather and Noah are pouring a lot of heart into this place. If you’re in the area, it’s worth stopping in to say hello and see what they’ve created in the heart of downtown.
