Fifth Third Bank is continuing its expansion across Georgia, with several new locations in development in Coweta County. Construction has been completed on the branch at 1472 Newnan Crossing Boulevard near Rich’s Car Wash, and the location is now open, though lobby hours may vary.
Meanwhile, active construction is underway at the former Blockbuster/Verizon building in Thomas Crossroads, which will become another full-service branch. Once that site nears completion, work is expected to begin on a third Coweta location at Fischer Marketplace in Sharpsburg, near Miller’s Ale House.
