This week, CCS welcomed the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, city and county government leaders, and community members to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new CMS building addition that opened this school year.
Built to accommodate enrollment growth and the expansion of course offerings, the new wing was funded by Education Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (ESPLOST) and includes 26 classrooms, along with offices and meeting spaces. Community supporters who attended the ceremony toured the new building, enjoyed a performance by the CMS Performing Arts Club, and learned more about the school’s academic and extracurricular offerings.
