A new 144 room Marriott Residence Inn is currently under review for Newnan, with plans placing the extended stay hotel just behind the Dunkin Donuts area near Poplar Road and Newnan Crossing Boulevard. If approved, the project would bring another well known hospitality brand to the area and continue the steady growth happening around one of the city’s busiest corridors.
Residence Inn by Marriott is designed specifically for extended stays, offering a different experience than a traditional overnight hotel. Guest suites typically include fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, along with separate living and sleeping areas. The layout gives guests room to cook, work, and unwind without feeling cramped, making it especially appealing for longer visits.
Amenities at most Residence Inn properties include complimentary hot breakfast, Wi Fi, fitness centers, and either indoor or outdoor pools depending on the location.
