Central High School senior Haylee Newbern was awarded a $500 scholarship through the Carroll County Schools 24Strong Foundation. Haylee plans to use the scholarship as she studies nursing at Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia. Haylee is graduating this May, one year early, to begin working toward her nursing degree goal.
