Homegrown
Country comes to town – downtown – May 8, as Carrollton’s Amp at Adamson Square welcomes Homegrown and Russ Gordon.
Homegrown consists of brothers Craig and Kevin Brannon. The group got their start more than a decade ago playing music with schoolmates in and around Carrollton. The duo has recorded four albums, played venues and radio stations nationwide and broke the Top 30 on Music Row and Top 50 on Billboard Indicator with singles Summer Song and She Loves To Ride.
Russ Gordon’s honest songwriting and gritty country music wind through the landscapes and lifestyles of his native Georgia like the Chattahoochee River. Russ released his first EP titled Sinkin’ Ships in 2023 and his original music has caught the attention of listeners across the country. Russ continues to write and perform his songs and cover his favorite music (Outlaw and ‘90s country) alongside his band, The Rattletrap.
The show starts at 7pm. All events at the Amp are free. No professional photography is allowed during shows at the Amp. Please visit carrolltonga.com/amp for updates, venue guidelines and policies.
