The Testicle Festival & Farm Run 5K will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Key Farms, located at 674 Brock Road in Carrollton. Hosted by 316 Healthcare, Be the Light Medical Missions, and Key Farms, the event is designed to raise awareness about men’s health while bringing the community together for a day of fitness, education, and family-friendly activities.
Participants can take part in the Farm Run 5K, which includes awards for top finishers, or enjoy the Family Fun Dash. The festival will also feature local vendors, food trucks, and free PSA screenings and blood pressure checks provided through the University of West Georgia Mobile Unit. Organizers hope the event encourages men to prioritize preventative healthcare while providing valuable resources and screenings to the community.
Beyond promoting wellness and early detection, the event will also serve as a fundraiser for Be the Light Medical Missions. All proceeds will help support the organization’s ongoing efforts to provide medical services to uninsured and underinsured residents throughout West Georgia.
