A new locally owned shop is planned for northern Troup County, bringing coffee, ice cream, loaded teas and sweet treats to the LaGrange area.
Moos and Brews is preparing to open at 10 Wares Crossroads, Unit 70, adding a new option for those looking for a quick drink, a family treat or something sweet while on the go. The shop will feature ice cream, espresso-based coffee drinks, loaded teas, smoothies, protein shakes and prepackaged baked goods.
One of the highlights of the business will be a candy wall, where customers will be able to scoop their own candy. The concept is designed to offer a fun and casual stop for families, students, commuters and anyone looking for something different in the Wares Crossroads area.
Owner Krystal Killcreas is behind the new business and has been working to bring the Moos and Brews concept to life. The LaGrange location will be the second location for the business.
Moos and Brews also has a Carrollton location opening soon near the First Tuesday Mall area beside Dance West in the former cell phone store space. That shop is expected to introduce the same mix of coffee, ice cream, loaded teas, smoothies and sweet treats to Carrollton.
Additional opening details for the LaGrange location are expected to be shared as work continues.
