Fire Maker Brewery in Griffin is preparing for a new chapter with changes to its kitchen, menu and overall operation, along with a grand reopening and rebranding celebration later this month.
The business, located at 122 W. Bank St. in Griffin, recently announced that its kitchen is under new management, with Chef Juan taking the lead and preparing new offerings for customers.
As part of the transition, Fire Maker Brewery is planning a menu overhaul and a new kitchen layout. The food side of the business is not fully open yet, but the brewery has scheduled its grand reopening for Aug. 28-30.
The Griffin-Spalding Chamber of Commerce will also help mark the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Aug. 28, at 1:30 p.m. The ceremony will recognize the rebranding of Fire Maker Brewery, Bar, and Chicken.
The ribbon cutting will be held at 122 W. Bank St., Griffin, GA 30223, and is sponsored by K & D Enterprises of Georgia.
Although the kitchen is still in transition, other parts of the business remain open. The bar continues to serve customers Thursday through Sunday, live music is still offered every Friday, and the golf bays remain available.
Fire Maker Brewery said the changes will bring a refreshed experience while keeping the same heart behind the business. The brewery has also thanked customers for their patience and continued support during the transition.
More details about the grand reopening weekend are expected to be shared through an upcoming event page.
