Carrollton High School has been selected as one of the inaugural members of Under Armour’s UA NEXT High School initiative, a national program designed to recognize and support some of the premier high school athletic programs in the country.
CHS is one of 15 schools nationwide selected for the program and the only school in Georgia to earn the designation. The selected schools include St. Francis Academy (Baltimore, MD), IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL), Aledo High School (Aledo, Texas), Bixby High School (Bixby, Okla.), Cherry Creek High School (Littleton, Colo.), Corner Canyon High School (Draper, Utah), DeMatha Catholic High School (Hyattsville, Md.), Edna Karr High School (New Orleans, La.), Folsom High School (Folsom, Calif.), Iona Prep School (New Rochelle, N.Y.), Lake Travis High School (Austin, Texas), Liberty High School (Peoria, Ariz.), Mission Viejo High School (Mission Viejo, Calif.) and Thompson High School (Alabaster, Ala.). The recognition reflects the Trojans’ sustained success across all sports, championship tradition, and commitment to developing student-athletes on and off the field.
“We are incredibly honored to partner with Under Armour and be recognized as a UA NEXT High School,” Carrollton High School Athletic Director Elizabeth Sanders said. “This partnership reflects the standard of excellence our student-athletes, coaches, and community have built. This opportunity will continue to elevate the Trojan brand on and off the field.”
UA NEXT High School is designed to support premier athletic departments by providing enhanced branding opportunities, access to premier products, marquee events, and increased national exposure. In addition, all CHS varsity athletic teams will transition to wearing Under Armor apparel starting this school year under this five-year agreement.

Being selected as a UA NEXT High School validates the work our coaches and student-athletes put in every day, and it creates exciting opportunities for our entire athletic program.”
