Dirty South Sips Celebrates Grand Opening of First Storefront in Tallapoosa

After spending the past year serving creative specialty drinks from a mobile cart at pop-up events throughout West Georgia, Dirty South Sips officially opened its first storefront in Tallapoosa.

The business celebrated its grand opening Saturday, August 29, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 119 Head Avenue, the former home of Tallapoosa Nutrition.

Owned by Ansley Goodwin, Dirty South Sips has built a following with its non-alcoholic dirty sodas, refreshers, energy drinks, sparkling waters, and kid-friendly creations. The business has appeared at local events, farmers markets, festivals, Tractor Supply locations, Walmart parking lots, and other pop-ups across the area.

The new Tallapoosa location gave Dirty South Sips a permanent home while continuing to offer the creative drinks customers have come to know. Goodwin has also shared plans to continue adding new flavors and potentially expand the menu with options such as boba tea and other international drink favorites.

Customers were invited to attend the grand opening on August 29 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 119 Head Avenue in Tallapoosa.
