PALS Animal Alliance will introduce The Fix, its new mobile spay/neuter clinic, during a community ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2026, at Bark on Bradley dog park, 306 Bradley St. in downtown Carrollton, beside the Southeastern Quilt Museum.
The Fix is designed to expand access to affordable spay/neuter services for pet owners in Carroll County. By bringing services into the community, the mobile clinic will help address barriers such as cost and transportation while working to prevent unwanted litters, reduce the number of animals entering local shelters, and help pets remain healthy and safe at home.
“The Fix represents an important step toward preventing unwanted litters before families and shelters face a crisis,” said Jill Pierce, director of PALS Animal Alliance. “We are excited to introduce this resource to our community and celebrate the many people whose support helped make it possible.”
Guests will be able to tour the clinic, learn how The Fix began, and hear about its upcoming community work. Members of the public, community partners, local leaders, and news media are invited to attend and learn how individuals, businesses, churches, organizations, and volunteers can support the clinic’s work.
