Carrollton City Schools invited the community to celebrate the official groundbreaking for the new Carrollton Early Learning Center, set to open in fall 2027. Carrollton City Schools leadership, community partners, and leaders from RaLin Construction and CDH Architecture participated in the ceremonial groundbreaking.
