Atlanta Vice AMP Show to Celebrate UWG Homecoming

Carrollton and the University of West Georgia will kick off UWG’s Back to the Future homecoming weekend with Atlanta Vice – the ultimate ’80s New Wave and pop rock party band – at The Amp, October 23.

Atlanta Vice (featuring University of West Georgia alumni including Carrollton native Joel Tisinger on drums) has spent the last 20 years making original music and performing their self-described “‘80s rewind experience” live show for audiences all over the Southeast. Featuring versatile dual male and female lead vocalists, the six-piece lineup’s setlist showcases everything retro: MTV, Brat Pack movies, ‘80s TV hits, Saturday morning cartoons, new wave, post-punk, glam rock, pop and rock..

This concert is sponsored by the University of West Georgia. For a complete list of homecoming activities, go to westga.edu/alumni/homecoming.php.

All events at The Amp are free. No professional photography is allowed during shows at The Amp. Please visit carrolltonga.com/amp for updates, venue guidelines and policies.
