A new destination for children’s gymnastics and enrichment is on its way to Peachtree City. The Little Gym, a nationally recognized children’s enrichment franchise, is preparing to open a location at Braelinn Village Shopping Center, bringing its signature movement-based programs to local families.
According to permitting records from the City of Peachtree City, a commercial alteration permit was issued on October 9, 2026, for a space at 540 Crosstown Drive in Braelinn Village. The permit lists Command Permitting, LLC, as the permit applicant and outlines plans for an interior build-out of an existing 3,188-square-foot commercial space.
The project involves selective demolition of existing walls, flooring, and light fixtures, followed by new construction to accommodate the gym’s operations. The scope also includes plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work, along with wall finishes and other interior improvements. The permit lists an estimated construction valuation of $289,842.37, indicating a substantial investment in preparing the space for its new tenant.
The upcoming location was first announced in August by Bridger Properties, which helped facilitate the leasing deal. In its announcement, the company shared its excitement about bringing The Little Gym’s confidence-building programs to Braelinn Village.
Bridger Properties representatives Jimmy Davis and Anne-Catherine Nichols worked alongside Katie Littlejohn and Destiny Richmond of Kimco to bring the deal together.
The Little Gym specializes in programs designed to help children develop physical skills, confidence, and social connections in a fun, supportive environment. Its offerings include parent-child classes for younger children and gymnastics-based programs for older kids, with activities focused on coordination, balance, strength, and personal development.
Unlike traditional competitive gymnastics programs, The Little Gym emphasizes a noncompetitive approach to learning, encouraging children to explore movement, build confidence, and develop new skills at their own pace.
The addition will give Peachtree City families another option for recreational activities and early childhood enrichment without having to travel outside the community.
The Little Gym already has a presence in nearby Newnan, with a location at Ashley Park. The new Braelinn Village location will expand the brand’s footprint in the area and provide greater convenience for families in Peachtree City and surrounding communities.
