A City of Carrollton Rezoning Request is going before the planning commision on March 11th for this lot on 400 Cottage Hill Rd. According to the records it would appear that originally this land was zoned for Residential. The land owner is looking to change the zoning to General Commercial. The plans call for a building along with a small parking area. At this time we are unsure what kind of business would operate here.
