NOW CLOSED AS OF APRIL 22ND : A local favorite is putting together the final plans of a major comeback. Spyro Gyro on 1022 Maple St was home to Carrollton from the 1980’s til the early 2000’s. The previous location off Maple Street has seen it’s share of restaurants since then. The most recent closure was West Georgia Belle and shortly before that was the Greek House. I have personally craved for a good gyro in Carrollton. Spyro Gyro is silently hiring at this time, so if you see someone around the building you might just want to stop in and say hello. Look for Sarah. We will let you know when the official hiring starts. Expect Spyro Gyro to open in about 5 weeks.

Spyro Gyro is reopening May 22! We will be hosting interviews and taking applications for servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders the first Thursday in April (next week) from noon till 5pm.
