Bowdon location Closed
*Ranburne Location Closed* – A new location for Value Foods opened Jan 6th in Bowdon behind the Police Station. We broke the story in December. Value Foods also had another location in Ranburne. I think it is a wonderful thing to have a second choice for groceries in Bowdon. In the business world it’s always good to have a little bit of competition. Bowdon’s population can support two grocery stores just fine. I have not been in the Value Foods location but did take a peak at the Facebook page and they seem very similar to Piggly Wiggly, although much smaller.
