Things seem to be looking up for one center near the entrance to Fairfield Plantation. Now with 100% occupancy, this small center is getting a boutique. Pizazz Boutique will have new & resale items such as clothing, accessories, and home decor. The business does not have a Facebook page yet. Just to the left of the new business is an Ice Cream shop called At The Scoop which opened a few weeks ago. Latituude 33 is doing phenomenal business just to the right of the new boutique. One website claims it has the best food in the Villa Rica area. That is impressive. Pizazz Boutique is located at 66 Fairfield Rd in Villa Rica, GA.
