In the past few months we have reported on some amazing catches for Arbor Place. Today we can add one more to the growing list of popular stores the mall will be opening or has opened. After a tip to the Menu over the weekend we discovered that Torrid, a store that specializes in women’s clothing for plus size fashions, is hiring for general managers, assistant managers, full and part time sales associates for the upcoming Arbor Place location. Torrid is owned by Hot Topic Inc, a store that has been with Arbor Place since it opened in 1999. Currently there are only 5 other locations in Metro Atlanta at Town Center at Cobb, Cumberland, North Point Mall, and The Mall of Georgia with separate stand alone store in Snellville. Â At this time no word on an opening date or location for the store inside the mall. Â A few spots come to mind, but nothing official…P.S. From Aeropostale just closed on the first floor and would be a prime location for Torrid.
This catch along with other great stores in the past year or so have really put Arbor Place on another level. Kudos to mall management for making sure Arbor Place is becoming THE shopping destination for Douglasville and the West Georgia Region. We will keep you posted when we know more info on an opening date and location.
