Maple Street Property to be Rezoned for Commercial Use

Property at the intersection of Maple Street and Howell Road is set to be rezoned by the City from R-T (Residential Townhouse) to C-3 (Neighborhood Commercial). There are no current plans for any specific commercial use of the property.

“The property is being rezoned and combined for resale,” said Hayley Beaver, City of Carrollton Engineering and Community Development. “There is no designated development for the property.”
