Carrollton Prepares to Welcome New Senior Living Community

Carroll County residents that are in the market for a place to call home will not have to look any further. An all-new, town-home community will contain 46 town-homes that will offer potential residents a list of amenities that they will be able to indulge in.

Cedar Walk is a town-home community for active adults that are 55 and older. The new development will offer residents a choice of two- or three-bedroom homes with over 1,900 square feet of open styled living space. These townhomes will feature spacious master bedrooms on the main level, ten-foot ceilings, a bonus room, no-step entry, detached two-car carport, and flexible upgrades to make each unit unique. All will have large front porches and sidewalks connecting each to the community.

Metro West Realty broker Mitt Conerly discusses the new development, “We are welcoming this townhome community for active adults that are ages 55 and older. Our goal is to fill a void in the Carrollton community for much-needed safe, quality senior living.”

The community, located  on Cedar Street in historic Carrollton, Cedar Walk is currently under construction and is expected to be ready to welcome new residents by the end of this year.
