Tanner Health System has acquired property along U.S. Business 27 as the new location of Buchanan Medical Clinic, a primary care medical practice served by Denis Morin, MD, Johannes Engelbrecht, MD, Tim Pardoe, PA-C, and Marni Federer, FNP-C. The clinic, part of Tanner Medical Group, will relocate from its current location at 30 Buchanan Bypass.
Buchanan Medical Clinic offers a host of wellness and preventive medicine services, as well as evaluation and management of chronic diseases, physicals for employment, health screenings and more. The practice joined Tanner Medical Group, one of metro Atlanta’s largest multi-specialty medical groups, in 2014.
The site of the practice’s new location has been cleared of existing structures to prepare it for construction, which is expected to begin later this summer or in early fall.
Tanner operates other medical practices in Haralson County as well, including Primary Care of Bremen, Tallapoosa Family Healthcare and Tanner Urgent Care/Bremen, along with several specialist practices offering cardiac care, general surgical care, pediatrics and more.
