“The Spicy Chicken & Potsticker Ramen and Pork Belly Tonkotsu are most popular so far,” said owner, Amisha Popatiya. “We have been supported by the community beyond our belief.”

Despite the struggles faced by all businesses during the pandemic, Amisha and staff have strived to continue to provide exceptional service while keeping staff and guests safe. “Our meals are available for dine-in, takeout, delivery & online ordering, or through our rewards app,” said Amisha. “We have tables set up six feet apart or blocked off and are taking all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and healthy environment.”

If you are in the mood for some good Asian food, you won’t go wrong with Tin Drum. Their fresh, quality ingredients will be apparent when you dive into one of their unique dishes. “We take pride in the ingredients used for the ramen,” said Amisha. “For example, we use soft-boiled eggs that get marinated in soy sauce for hours before serving.”
