Trilith today announced SŌZŌ YOGA opens today, March 17 in the community’s retail and restaurant district, Town Centre. The studio offers beginner- to expert-level classes taught by Kara Kiefer, owner and Trilith resident, along with additional instructors.
A former collegiate athlete and high school teacher, Kiefer’s experience includes teaching restorative yoga, power yoga, hot yoga, kids yoga and more.
“After living in Trilith for several years, I’m excited to have the opportunity to open a yoga studio for my friends and neighbors in and around south metro Atlanta,” said Kiefer. “Trilith is devoted to increasing physical and mental well-being, so it’s the perfect location to inspire wholeness of the mind, body and spirit.”
Trilith’s master-planned community emphasizes the health of its residents by providing a variety of amenities including 15 miles of walking trails and an abundance of greenspace allowing every resident to be only a block away from a park. The studio joins a group of hand-selected restaurants, shops and experiences curated to create a vibrant and unique town for residents and guests. Additional tenants of Town Centre focusing on healthy-living include a world-class wellness center, jiu-jitsu academy and health spa.
“We’re always looking for new creative experiences to complement our community’s principles which encourage wellness and active lifestyles,” said Rob Parker, president of Trilith. “SŌZŌ promises to be a great addition for Fayette County and adds more depth to our growing list of offerings and shops in our live, work, create town.”
