Here are the specifics – Details – demolish auto/garden center of former Walmart (approx 7500 sf) and construct new 15,332 sf building addition at end of existing shopping center- full construction masonry exterior walls with interior (Dodge Report) According to a report this will be Carrollton’s second Goodwill Store. The Grand Opening of this Goodwill location is scheduled for March 14th, 2013.
