The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 15th, to celebrate the grand opening of Lavender Layne Head Spa, a Japanese-inspired luxury head spa located in Carrollton. Located on North Highway 27, Lavender Layne Head Spa describes its services as a unique blend of scalp health science and relaxation, delivered in a setting that combines southern hospitality with innovative hair care. Attendees at the ribbon cutting were treated to a tour of the spa, learned about the services offered, and were given a live demonstration.
