Dragon Boat Festival Parking Guide
Event Details
We hope you’re excited about Saturday’s Dragon Boat Festival at Drake Field!
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, we have organized parking and traffic arrangements that we’d like to share with you.
- The Bridge Community Center off Willow Rd (front and side lots)
- First Baptist Church (front, side, and back lots)
- The grass parking lot across from First Baptist Church
- First Presbyterian Church (side lots; small lot across from Picnic Park entrance)
- The Picnic Park lot
- Lower level lot behind City Hall/Library
Golf cart parking is available at the grass lot north of Drake Field.
All other parking around City Hall is reserved for event vendors and volunteers (lower Library lot), VIPs (front lot at City Hall), and people with disabilities (top Library lot).
| Dragon Boat Festival spectators arriving by car MUST access Willowbend Road at the intersection of Floy Farr Parkway and Northlake Drive. There will be NO LEFT TURN onto Willowbend Road at the intersection of Floy Farr Parkway (Hwy 54 West) and Flat Creek Road. Similarly, there will be NO RIGHT TURN onto Willowbend at the intersection of Floy Farr Parkway (Hwy 54 East) and Flat Creek Road. Spectators may exit in either direction on Willowbend (left towards Northlake Drive or right towards Flat Creek Road). |
