Earlier this week we celebrated the #RibbonCutting and grand opening of Newnan’s newest European style bakery, The Cake House! A year ago, war refugee Natalia Hryhorovych arrived from Ukraine with her young son and two suitcases; one for their clothing and one for baking supplies. On blind faith, she came to Newnan. Natalia is a master confectioner who studied under one of the world’s top-ten in Europe. She previously owned an award-winning bakery in Kiev. Please join us in welcoming them to our community (and our country!) and stop by for a delectable treat! They are located at 18 Jackson Street, Suite A in Downtown Newnan.
