Community Foundation of West Georgia Hosts Professional Advisor Continuing Education Workshop

The Community Foundation of West Georgia (CFWG) is excited to announce a free Continuing Education (CE) Workshop tailored for professional advisors, taking place on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024, at 8:30 AM. This exclusive event will be held at Carroll EMC and is designed to provide estate planning attorneys, certified public accountants, certified financial planners, bank trust officers, insurance agents, chartered financial consultants, and other professional advisors with valuable insights to enhance their charitable planning knowledge and build their private client practices.

The workshop will focus on the essential topic of Ethics and Donor Advised Funds, offering a deep dive into how these funds can be utilized effectively within philanthropy. This session is presented in partnership with Mason Investment Advisory Services, ensuring participants receive top-tier content and expert guidance.

CE Credits: 2 hours for Chartered Financial Consultants (ChFC®), CPAs, Bank Trust Officers, Certified Financial Planners, Attorneys and Insurance Agents.

In addition to the educational content, attendees will also earn continuing education credits, essential to maintaining professional expertise.
