Brown Chicken Brown Cow: Gather Around the Table for Elevated Southern Cuisine

OPENING SOON

Abby and John Hannah describe their new restaurant Brown Chicken Brown Cow as eclectic cuisine, where you can have old-fashioned favorites or elevated dishes using the south’s classic comfort foods.

The Hannahs are not new to the food business; Abby and John originally founded Shuckers Oyster Bar in 1998. Abby’s brother Richard Acquaotta and wife Tasha run Shuckers to this day, upholding the standard of great food and hospitality. Now, the Hannahs embark on a new journey with Brown Chicken Brown Cow.

The restaurant is designed to be better than a buffet: you don’t get up, the food is brought straight to you! Abby states the importance of this approach: “As a nurse, health and safety concerns are definitely a priority. At Brown Chicken Brown Cow, you can enjoy a Southern buffet ‘family-style’ without being concerned with cleanliness.”

In addition to food and safety, the Hannahs are passionate about fellowship and hope to bring back the idea of family dinners and enjoying one another’s company without rushing. With their premiere customer service, chefs with over 30 years of experience, and a background in the restaurant industry, the Hannahs hope to share their love for food and community with Carroll County.

Tables will have the option of three entrees and four to five sides with unlimited refills, offering items such as meatloaf, chicken and dumplings, pork loin, pork chops, dressing, cube steak, fried and baked chicken. Some sides include black eyed peas, collards, coleslaw, salad, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes.

All items are fresh and prepared to serve! Even with this wide variety, more items will be added to the menu, and take-out options are coming soon.

Visit Brown Chicken Brown Cow at 903 South Park Street Suite B in Carrollton and gather around the table for delicious, Southern grub.

The restaurant will open soon and is expected to hold the hours of operation as:

11:00 A.M. –  9:00 P.M. Wednesday-Sunday; Closed Monday and Tuesday
