Children Connect Museum Seeks Volunteers for Key Roles

Children Connect Museum is excited to announce that we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team in several key roles. As our museum continues to grow and expand our offerings, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, community service, and creating memorable experiences for children and families.

Open Volunteer Positions:

  1. Substitute for Daily Manager
Help us operate the museum during opening hours by welcoming guests, guiding them through our exhibits, assisting with drop-in crafts, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  2. Grant Writer
We are looking for someone to help research and draft grant proposals to secure funding for new and exciting projects. This is a great opportunity to help support our mission of providing educational and fun experiences for children.
  3. Fundraising Chair
Lead our fundraising efforts by organizing four annual events and help us work towards a gala in 2026. This role is essential in helping us achieve our long-term goals.
  4. Fundraising Coordinators
Support the Fundraising Chair by assisting with event planning, donor outreach, and organizing community engagement. If you enjoy event coordination and teamwork, this is the role for you.
  5. Volunteer Committee Member
Work alongside the Volunteer Chair to help with administrative tasks and volunteer management. This role requires about 4 hours per month and is a wonderful way to contribute to the museum’s mission.
  6. Birthday Party Coordinator Backup
Assist in organizing and managing birthday party events when the main coordinator is unavailable. This role includes communicating with clients, setting up, and ensuring a smooth event experience for guests.
  7. Birthday Party Coordinator:
