Plans are coming together for a new Chipotle in Villa Rica. According to construction documents obtained by The City Menus, the proposed Chipotle would be located on Commerce Drive in the same area as Dunkin/Baskin Robbins.
Currently the project is out to bid for a general contractor and construction should begin once everything is officially finalized sometime in mid-October.
The new location will be a 2,395 square foot one story above grade restaurant. Chipotle recently opened a new location in LaGrange as an outparcel to the LaGrange Mall.
Carrollton’s location opened during the Pandemic in 2020 which was hailed as a big success with their drive thru and mobile app pick up.
