Newnan Hardware is excited to announce its soft opening today at 73 Poplar Road, bringing a trusted hardware option back to the community. The new owners, Corey and Allison Adams, step in to fill the void left by the previous Ace Hardware location, which closed last July after its longtime owners retired (The Times-Herald). While today marks the soft opening, a grand opening celebration will follow in the coming weeks.

As local residents with strong ties to the area, the Adams family is committed to serving the community’s hardware needs. Corey, a Moreland native and East Coweta High School graduate, and Allison, who spent 20 years in Carrollton before settling in Moreland over a decade ago, bring both personal and professional dedication to the business.
The store offers a wide selection of hardware essentials, including fasteners, plumbing supplies, and electrical materials. Conveniently located at 73 Poplar Road, Newnan Hardware will operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., remaining closed on Sundays.
The Adams family invites the community to visit their new store and looks forward to reestablishing a neighborhood hardware destination. Details about the upcoming grand opening will be announced soon.
