Our Apothecary at Bremen Farms Opens 2025 Farm Stand Season in Buchanan, GA

Local farmer Grant Wallace proudly announces the seasonal reopening of the Our Apothecary at Bremen Farms farm stand, welcoming the community every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 374 Morgan Rd, Buchanan, GA 30113.

A proud member of Georgia Grown, Our Apothecary at Bremen Farms cultivates fresh produce, herbs, and flowers using regenerative farming practices. With over a decade of farming experience and three years operating at Bremen Farms, Wallace focuses on environmentally conscious methods including hay mulching, on-farm composting, seed collecting, no plastics in the field, cover cropping, and strip tilling. The farm is home to a 1-acre perennial herb garden and several acres of seasonal produce.

Early in the season, visitors can expect a bounty of salad greens, collard greens, spring onions, radishes, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. As summer approaches, offerings will expand to include tomatoes, cantaloupe, green beans, watermelon, peppers, and more. Produce is available both by the pound or quart, with special case deals during peak summer months for those looking to stock up.

Beyond fresh harvests, the farm stand features a curated selection of dried herbshandmade soaps, and artisan perfumes, all made from the gardens of Bremen Farms. The market is set inside a historic 100-year-old barn, adding a rich sense of heritage and charm to the shopping experience, with sweeping views of pastoral hay fields across the property.

“Our farm stand is more than a place to buy food — it’s about supporting local agriculture, promoting regenerative practices, and connecting with the land and community,” says Grant Wallace. “We invite everyone to come experience the beauty of the farm and the fruits of our labor.”
