As of Friday, August 15, Dream City Brewing Company has officially started serving craft beer and hard seltzer—expanding its offerings beyond the all-day coffee and tea menu locals already love. After years of renovation and a detailed licensing process, owners Joel, Chris, Katie, and Ashley Pollard are proud to bring their full vision to life in the heart of downtown Carrollton.
To celebrate, a ribbon cutting will be held on Friday, August 22 at 5:00 PM. All are welcome to join in marking this incredible new chapter.
