Downtown Bowdon just got a little sharper with the opening of Waldrop’s Barber Shop at 126 Wedowee Street. The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting to help welcome the new shop to town.
Friends, neighbors, and community leaders came out to show their support, and the turnout made it clear—Bowdon shows up for its own. The atmosphere was full of energy, and you could really feel the pride people have in their town—just one of the things that makes this community such a great place to live.
Now that the ribbon’s been cut and the chairs are ready, Waldrop’s Barber Shop is open for business. Whether you’re due for a fresh cut or just want to stop in and check it out, it’s worth a visit.
It’s always exciting to see small businesses getting started here, and Waldrop’s is already shaping up to be a great addition to the heart of Bowdon.
