The Beat Goes On Celebrates Cher At The Royal Theater

Fans of the Goddess of Pop are in for an unforgettable evening as The Beat Goes On takes the stage at the Royal Theater on Saturday, March 21, at 7:30 p.m.

Starring award winning tribute artist Lisa McClowry, the production delivers a theatrical concert experience that honors six decades of Cher’s legendary career. On October 22, 2023, at the Grand Ole Opry, McClowry was named Tribute Artist of the Year for her portrayal of the iconic performer.

The show meticulously recreates Cher’s unmistakable voice, signature walk, and commanding stage presence. From Bob Mackie inspired costumes to detailed makeup and mannerisms, every element is designed to transport audiences through the many eras of Cher’s career.

Guests can expect to hear hits spanning from the 1960s to today, including I Got You Babe, Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves, Dark Lady, If I Could Turn Back Time, and Believe. Through live performances paired with storytelling and dramatic video elements, audiences experience not just the music but the journey behind it, from Cher’s early rise with Sonny to her groundbreaking solo success and cultural impact.

Audience participation is a defining feature of the production. Much like the interactive energy of Blue Man Group, McClowry invites guests to sing, dance, clap, and fully engage in the performance, creating a personal and memorable experience each night.

Tickets are available now for this high energy celebration of one of music’s most enduring icons. Tickets can be purchased in the website.
