SNM 108, located at 108 Alabama Street in downtown Carrollton, has closed its doors temporarily for remodeling, according to a notice posted at the restaurant. The message thanked customers for their support and announced that the business would be closing beginning May 31 as renovations take place to create what the owners describe as a new and improved dining experience.
The owner shared today that when the restaurant reopens, the menu is expected to shift with a stronger focus on sushi offerings. Additional details about the updated concept have not yet been released.
SNM 108 opened in 2024 in the former Sam’s House location, bringing a mix of Japanese and Korean-inspired cuisine to downtown Carrollton. The restaurant quickly became a popular addition to the local dining scene, offering items such as ramen, sushi rolls, Korean barbecue dishes, poke bowls, bubble tea, and other Asian fusion favorites.
In the notice, the owners apologized for any inconvenience and expressed appreciation for customers’ patience during the transition. No reopening date has been announced at this time, but the restaurant stated that it looks forward to welcoming guests back once the remodeling project is complete.
