A new dining option is preparing to open in downtown Carrollton, bringing a mix of Thai cuisine and fresh sushi to the city.
Signs have been installed at 108 Adamson Square, the former home of SNM 108, announcing that Rice & Spice Thai Sushi is “Coming Soon.” The storefront also notes the restaurant is now hiring for all positions as it prepares to open.
Rice & Spice first opened in Milton, Georgia, in 2021 and has built a following for its extensive menu featuring traditional Thai dishes, sushi, and specialty rolls. While an official opening date for the Carrollton location has not yet been announced, the new restaurant appears to be making steady progress toward welcoming its first customers.
