The City of LaGrange honored LaGrange Employee Demetries Easter for his 25 years of dedicated service at the recent City Council meeting. (10/13)
Easter has spent his entire career with the City of LaGrange Sewer Division, serving in various capacities over the years. For much of his tenure, he has served as the lead operator of the division’s jetting and vacuum combination truck. If you’ve ever seen the City’s “big green truck” working on LaGrange’s streets, chances are Easter was behind the wheel.
Respected throughout the community, Easter is often one of the first points of contact for residents with city-related issues. His willingness to help, extensive experience, and commitment to serving others have made him a valued member of the City of LaGrange.
Easter’s 25 years of service reflect his dedication to the Sewer Division and the City of LaGrange. The City is grateful for his many contributions and continued commitment to serving the community.
Easter enjoys spending time at church with his wife of 19 years, Wyona, and their extended family. Together, they have eight children, 13 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
