New Housing Planned Near Downtown Senoia

New shotgun houses are currently under construction near downtown Senoia. Black Oak Homes, L. L. C. is developing the homes in Senoia Hollow on Johnson Street, which is within walking distance from downtown.

“We expect to be finished building these in early 2018,” said Nathan Dockery, owner of Black Oak Homes. “We bought the land specifically to build these houses, and we picked that area because we believe there is a need for that type of housing in Senoia. It’s really an opportunity to do something different.”
