We received some fantastic news this weekend. One of our Facebook Fans noticed a sign in front of Bilbo’s that stated they would open on April 17th. For those of you who have been waiting for quite sometime can finally breathe a sigh of relief. The Carrollton Menu has called the city multiple times about Biblo’s to check on a business or building permit. Since they are scheduled for opening I am sure they have taken care of these two things by now. I am not sure if the previous owners are opening up Bilbo’s, but I am sure whoever it is will put their famous touch into the establishment.
