While driving around looking for stories we noticed that La-Z-Boy Furniture in Douglasville was closing. Signs are everywhere around the West Georgia area directing you to the 70% off Closing Sale in Douglasville. Fortunately this closing is only temporary. The store associate we spoke to told us that they would be remodeling the store sometime in June and this sale is to clear up space for the remodel. La-Z-Boy Furniture sits directly behind The Landing Shopping Center by Arbor Place Mall. You can access the store off of Chapel Hill Road. Over the last three years, The Landing has struggled to keep retailers in place. Michaels will soon be moving to The Pavilion by Target. We will keep you updated on the new opening of La-Z-Boy.
