A prime Atlanta area developer is about to make some massive overhauls to the former UWG Bookstore behind McDonald’s in Carrollton. His plans call for 8 possible retail and food spaces all ranging from 750 square feet to 1,700 square feet. The developer recently took part of a huge renovation with a center around the Mercer University campus. Right now a possible coffee shop and nail salon are looking at the location although many other types of businesses are also inquiring. Some very well known franchised brands are also looking at the development, since around 15,000 students/faculty are on campus weekly. Also 90% of the campus housing is in walking distance to the property. The Carrollton Menu has been provided a brochure available online about the new West Georgia Village.
