Near the former Smith’s Furniture, Daddy O’s, and Barber Shop are all being renovated into 4 suites. These all closed a few months ago and the center went up into auction. The new shopping strip will be called Dixie Street Commons. The first tenant is Computer Connection Services from Villa Rica. The business opened their Villa Rica location in 2012 and will be opening Carrollton in 2014. They boast fixing any technology issue you have.
