Carroll Tan opened in February I believe of last year in the center at the corner of Lovvorn Rd and Brumbelow Rd. I was informed that they closed a few weeks ago from a future tenant. The project manager of a new 15 million dollar student housing project is expected to be moving in around October. The space will serve as an informational hub for the new housing complex that is under construction.
